Shift Details: 8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday through Friday, but candidate will share call with the Director every other weekend

Fantastic opportunity for an Inpatient Nurse Manager at a beautiful facility located near Mullins, SC
Community Hospital
- is a 124-bed, acute care facility that provides complete inpatient, outpatient, diagnostic, medical, surgical and emergency care. We are Joint Commission accredited and our facility includes the 92-bed Mullins Nursing Center, with a five-star ranking from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
Position Summary:
Recognize and assist in solving clinical and administrative problems. Supervise care delivery system to ensure accuracy and consistency. Provide clinical expertise in medical, behavioral, and crisis management. Coordinate with the Unit Director to accomplish facility and patient-care goals. Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures. Communicate with residents and families to address care-related concerns. Monitor patient medications, treatment, and therapies for quality assurance and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Assist in managing Medical/Surgical, ICU and a 10 bed Swing Bed Unit – a total of 46 beds
- # of Beds in Unit: 46 Beds (6 beds in ICU, 10 beds in Swing Bed Unit, and 30 beds in the Med/Surg Unit)
Qualifications:
- Current and Unencumbered State Nursing License
- BSN is required
- Charge RN or Clinical Coordinator Experience and 3 years of Medical/Surgical RN Experience Required
- Current BLS and ACLS Certifications Required

Relocation assistance: Case by Case basis
Loan Repayment: $3k a year for 4 years ($250 a month for 4 years)
