Must haves:
- PMP, Scrum Master
- 10+ years’ experience as technical project manager of 2 million dollar plus ServiceNow or Service Integration projects
Must Skills:
- Takes full responsibility for managing projects to provide a defined deliverable(s) to specification, within agreed cost and timescale, meeting the necessary quality standards and to customer satisfaction. Will conduct client negotiations to agree terms for changes to the scope of the project to ensure commercial viability and to set realistic expectations. Manages the project teams, plans activities and monitors progress, and ensures all project deliverables are provided using best practices and are of an appropriate quality
Activities include:
- Providing factual analysis of the project portfolio and teams performance through the definition and compliance to standard tools and processes;
- Provides Project Management consultants across Customers;
- Support functions such as Scheduling, Contractor management Business Office, Professions management, tools management, Governance and Compliance programs;
- Provides management of strategic programs for the competency;
- Manage a team of senior Project Management professionals. Develop their skills and capabilities;
- Influences senior client personnel and organizations including senior executive management when issues are unique, complex and difficult;
- Accountable for a range of strategic improvement initiatives that provides benefits across the Organization. Strong sponsorship and change management focus;
- Discharges the basic management responsibilities and assumes additional responsibilities as assigned.
Key Accountabilities:
- Provides consulting Project Managers to critical projects;
- Management of a program which develops the professional capabilities of the Project Managers across the group;
- Lead and manage the Team;
- Develop and Sponsor innovative ideas that improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the Program & Innovations group.
