Hours:

Morning and afternoons would be ideal and being on-call – M-F/9:5.

Example:

Monday 8:30-12:00 (3.5 hours)

Wednesday 12:30 – 4:00 (3.5)

Friday (3 hours for scheduled appointments)

Job Description:

End User Support level 2 or 3 type who has knowledge in Desktop environments but able to be hands and eyes for remote Compute guys for network and Wintel ..

  • 5-10 years or so of experience, with broad technical knowledge as he / she will be our eyes and ears in Boston.
  • Will help assist with O365 issues, printing issues, file share access, etc

Other soft skills/aptitude
Excellent communication skills - Strong Communication, Presentation, and Documentation Skills. Good communication skills and willing to work during US (Eastern) time zone.
