Hours:

  • 15-20 hours per month
  • Morning and afternoons would be ideal and being on-call – M-F/9:5

Example:

  • Monday 8:30-12:00 (3.5 hours)
  • or Wednesday 12:30 – 4:00 (3.5)
  • or/and Friday (3 hours for scheduled appointments)

Job Description:

End User Support level 2 or 3 type who has knowledge in Desktop environments but able to be hands and eyes for remote Compute guys for network and Wintel.

  • 5-10 years or so of experience, with broad technical knowledge as he/she will be our eyes and ears in Boston
  • Will help assist with O365 issues, printing issues, file share access, etc

Other soft skills/aptitude

  • Excellent communication skills - Strong Communication, Presentation, and Documentation Skills.
  • Willing to work during US (Eastern) time zone.
