Support new services used by our exchange system for the pre-authorization and pre-determination checks. These new services help providers and users save more time because providers will be able to obtain the right information more quickly, enabling them to make better decisions.

Roles & Responsibilities – Systems Analyst:

• Must have experience with the WGS Claims Processing System.
• Analyze the change request and drill down to the technical requirements.
• Prepare HDD – high level design documents, reviewed TDD, checklists, pre-delivery checklists.
• Review and test COBOL programs.
• Support code migration and facilitated SIT and production pilot testing.
• Prepare implementation plan and co-ordinate the final implementation activities.
• Prepare and share the weekly project status reports with senior management.
