The Account Manager is responsible for aggressively driving business growth and revenue generation of our products and services in the US market.

Major Responsibilities/Functions:

  • Actively sell specific Sun Nuclear products and services to a defined target quantity and territory.
  • Assist in targeted initiatives, including calling campaigns, to maximize sales goals and reach the Sales team’s objectives.
  • Assist in generating appropriate sales reports that include accurate forecasts and promote lead generation.
  • Create quotations and follow up on web requests. Collect missing pertinent information for order processing.
  • Maintain accurate end user information and customer data for CRM functions. Proactively include additional information that would be considered important for making strategic business decisions, including identification of users willing to be references (user lists) for each product.
  • Maintain knowledge about Sun Nuclear products and services, including features and benefits, and provide information and answer questions for customers when needed via telephone, internet, and at occasional chapter meetings or events.
  • Work with District Managers on problem resolution, and work cross-departmentally to resolve customer concerns, with an emphasis on customer satisfaction and swift resolution.

Specialized Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Three to five years’ experience in sales.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to display a high level of professionalism and customer service to customers and end users.
  • Proven ability to interface effectively with internal and external customers.
  • Possess a team approach and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Travel 10%
