Summary:
The Agile Project Manager, Client Integration Services, is a hands-on leader that will be responsible for effectively managing data driven, enterprise class services projects for our SIS integration engagements. As a leader, the successful individual will build and maintain strong client business relationships and strong internal stakeholder relationships. As an Agile program manager, the successful individual will work with multiple SIS integrations teams to manage service delivery through exceptional planning, measurement, tracking, reporting and communication processes.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Program and project management of SIS integration projects, ensuring all projects are planned, measured, and tracked according to the defined integration and service delivery processes
- Provide program management of multiple simultaneous projects across multiple SIS integration teams, managing team prioritization and allocation for both active (WIP) and on-deck clients
- Measure and manage work-in-progress (WIP) levels across teams and lead backlog prioritization processes to support planning, delivery of business value and continued client satisfaction
- Maintain, track and report on all integration projects in Mavenlink
- Ensure time tracking and data integration consultant utilization objectives are managed and maintained
- Work with Sales and Finance to develop statements-of-work (SOWs) and consulting team availability estimates for future service engagements
- Promote internal and external cross-functional collaboration while managing multiple projects on various timelines in a fast-paced, client-responsive environment

Education and Experience:
- Minimum of bachelor’s degree is required, a master’s degree is preferred, in a technical discipline
- 7+ years of consulting experience with at least 3 of those years in a project management role
- Experience with technical data integration technologies and processes including estimation, planning, data discovery, data alignment, scoping, integration and testing, documentation, training and project sign-off
- Experience integrating and/or project managing SaaS-based software products
- Higher Ed SIS consulting experience (or similar) highly desired
- Demonstrated successful execution of technical service engagements using Agile and lean methods
- PMI ACP or IAPM certification required
