Must Skills:

  • Resource is required to have an IT Consulting Background performing Projects & Consulting work and be able to show the following experience in their resume:
  • Must have at least 8+ years’ Architecture experience (from an established Consulting Company) Designing, Implementing, Configuring, Testing, Migrating & Securing Exchange (on-premises/online) & Exchange Hybrid solutions: From Exchange (5.5 - 2019) to Exchange Online
  • Must have Architectural Proficiency with all modes of Exchange Hybrid Designs (Classic Minimal, Classic Express, Classic Full, Modern Minimal, Modern Full).
  • Must have Architectural Proficiency with HOW the following solutions could break Hybrid Co-Existence as well as how they need to be Designed to work with Hybrid Co-Existence:
  • Network Break & Inspect Devices (Cloud Access Security Brokers, Data Loss Prevention, Proxy devices, Secure Web Gateways, WAN Accelerators & Optimizers)
  • Firewalls and Load Balancers

  • Must have Architectural Proficiency with integrating Microsoft and non-Microsoft Mobile Device/Mobile Application Management & Unified Endpoint Management solutions with Exchange & Exchange Online (i.e. Intune, Blackberry, Airwatch, Workspace One, etc) as well as other third party email aware apps (Unified Communications/Messaging, Fax, Printer/Scanners).


Must have Architectural Proficiency (Design, Build, Migrate) with Office 365 Email Protection Mechanisms:

  • SPF, DKIM and DMARC (along with ARC)
  • Data Loss Prevention, RMS/IRM, Azure Information Protection (Classification-Labelling & Sensitive Information Types), Office 365 Message Encryption & Transport Rules
  • Legal/Litigation Holds, Retention, Deletion and Data Immutability
  • Office 365 Advanced Threat Protection
  • Microsoft and non-Microsoft Email Hygiene/Gateway Products (ProofPoint, Exchange Online Protection, Mimecast, etc)Must have experience in leading an Exchange Online Migration Project using Microsoft FastTrack resources.

  • Must have experience with Juriba Dashworks and its usage in Orchestrating the Migration Batching, Scheduling, Tracking and Reporting of the Exchange Online Migrations and Change Mgmt Communications.
  • Must have experience working within Project/Delivery Management Methodologies (SDLC, Hybrid Waterfall).
  • Must have experience with creation of Technical/Project Documentation.
  • Must have experience working in a cross functional team, with the ability to lead/drive the scope of work in ambiguous client facing situations and requests.

Detailed job responsibilities:

  • Responsible/Accountable for driving the following Virtual Desktop/Virtual App activities involved in the Remote Workplace Technical Project (Phase 1 – Plan & Design activities only):
  • Includes working with the Capg Organizational Change Mgmt lead to lead workshops and individual working sessions with the Clients Business Group “Champions” to formulate the Virtual Desktop/Virtual Application Technical Use Cases and Personas. These Use Cases/Personas will be combined with the Client Technical, Business and Functional requirements that will lead to the Technical Gap Analysis, Implementation Plan and Phase 2 Implementation Cost Estimates collateral
  • Responsible/Accountable for working with the Capg Financial Analyst on the Cost Benefit and Cost Savings Analysis activities and collateral (cost savings and pricing incentives to move from current on-premises Citrix VDI/VAI to a hosted VDI/VAI solution)
  • Responsible/Accountable for working with the Client and Capgemini Architects to formulate and document an Approved Citrix Virtual Desktop and Virtual Apps Gap Analysis and Implementation Plan to move these workloads to a Hosted VDI/VAI solution (Windows Virtual Desktop and MSIX App Attach OR Amazon Workspaces and App Manager….might also involve Citrix Cloud)
  • Responsible/Accountable for adding their inputs to the Project Plan, Risks and Issues log, RACI, Weekly Status Reports, etc
  • Responsible/Accountable for working with the Capgemini Engagement Mgr/PM to address Project Blockers & drive Project Governance/Accountability activities
