Technical Skills

• 8+ years of Business System Analyst/Product Owner experience
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics
• Experience working with Salesforce applications
• Experience in the health insurance industry (Payer side)
• Experience managing integrations implementation with API backends
• Expert in business process and data analysis
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and ceremonies
• Experience with tools like Jira and Confluence
• Understanding of API testing tools (Postman), API validations and very familiar using JSON
• Mobile testing experience with iOS and Android apps
• Experience being part of a UAT team
• Experience presenting to clients including executives
• Experience with configuration of software products
• Bachelors Degree in a related field required
