A high-end team of Software Developers is looking for a Senior Marketing and Sales Manager. We provide a wide range of IT services with a focus on Web/iOS/Android application development.

A perfect candidate would be able to develop a repetitive and scalable sales model, analyze the target audience, and define the key message/value proposition using the following techniques:

• Analyze current sales and marketing channels and define additional ones
• Define the KPIs
• Define the funnels
• Process Customer Discovery

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and modify the Target Market
• Analyze and modify the Value Proposition/company services
• Managing SMM Vendor
• Develop the repetitive and scalable sales and marketing model
• Develop new sales channels
• Analyze and improve existing sales channels
• Build and form new partnerships
• Participate in Conferences/Networking Events
• Assist in writing Winning Business Proposals

It’s a temporary project with a full-time opportunity based on results.

Job Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Marketing experience in the IT/online marketing industry
• 5+ years of experience in Sales
• Passionate about technology
• Familiarity with the IT industry and software development lifecycle
• Knowledge of online analytics tools
• Hard worker
• Excellent spoken and written English skills

Preferred Degree:

• Bachelor or higher
