We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst for a Remote position.

Responsibilities

• Participate in multiple engagements delivering customer solutions on the ServiceNow platform, adhering to best practice.
• Lead customer discovery workshops and collaborate closely with Business Process Consultants to understand, document, and refine business requirements.
• Interact with technical project teams to understand, document, and refine technical requirements.
• Lead and perform system validation activities to ensure quality delivery against documented requirements
• Lead user acceptance testing and go-live planning efforts.
• Maintain active status on all certifications.

Required Experience:

• 4+ years of ServiceNow platform experience
• 4+ years of client-facing experience supporting business transformation through technology.
• Experience configuring applications on the ServiceNow platform including ITSM and ITBM.
• Experience with one or more of the following a plus: ITOM, SecOps, GRC, custom applications
• Ability to conduct calls with customers independently in support of business process/requirements gathering efforts.
• Experience leading and executing system validation efforts, as well as providing feedback to technical resources on required remedations of defects.
• Ability to keep a client's business goals at the forefront of the conversation and articulate design decisions impacts to maintenance and longevity.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification required within 60 days of hire.
• Additional certifications a plus: CIS – IT Service Management, CIS – Project Portfolio Management, CAS – Performance Analytics
• Healthcare industry experience and certifications a plus
