Seeking a Junior Systems Business Analyst with SQL experience for a 100% REMOTE position in the Insurance industry.

Description:

• System Configuration – Setting up new customers as requested in addition to ongoing configuration change requests from customers
• Training – Building and maintaining training materials as necessary and leading training sessions with users
• Reporting – Creating and Distributing regular reports on system health, status of configuration initiatives, and customer ticket requests
• Maintenance – Daily routine inventory, configuration, and system maintenance

Requirements:

• 1-2 Years of Professional experience with data analysis or data mining
• Basic understanding of business systems and industry requirements.
• Basic research skills.
• Basic knowledge of claims and claims processing systems.
• Basic knowledge of non-claims issues such as remittance advice, eligibility, benefits, authorization and referrals.
• Demonstrated ability to use process and operational workflows.
• Demonstrated understanding of process improvement concepts.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proficient with SQL or SAS.
• Related Bachelor’s degree or additional related equivalent work experience
