Seeking a Technical Sourcing Manager to lead an international US recruiting team. This is an international remote position for applicants living in the Philippines or Ukraine.

Responsibilities:

• Positively leads, motivates and implements sourcing strategies and techniques
• Conduct daily kick-off meetings
• Fosters an energetic and positive team atmosphere to drive success and open communication
• Participate in establishing, communicating and measuring team performance goals against industry metrics
• Interfaces and collaborates with team members to discuss project needs and fulfillment strategies.
• Coach team members on various social media sites and corresponding search parameters (not just linkedin and job boards)
• Continuously improve sourcing techniques
• Manage team and ensure meet industry metrics

Qualifications:

• Minimum of three years of progressive sourcing experience, preferably within a professional services firm or similar environment
• Strong familiarity of numerous social sites and proficient in using natural language and customer search techniques to find candidates
• Experienced in sourcing IT, financial, and/or medical professionals
• Experience leading and motivating a team is highly preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Experienced utilizing an ATS
• Experience preparing and analyzing a variety of sourcing data and reports and sharing with business leaders
• Must work Eastern European Standard Time (EET)
