Seeking an IT Recruiting Manager to lead an international US recruiting team. This is an international remote position for applicants living in the Philippines or Ukraine.
Responsibilities:
- Positively leads, motivates and implements recruiting strategies and techniques
- Conduct daily kick-off meetings
- Participate in US client meetings
- Fosters an energetic and positive team atmosphere to drive success and open communication
- Participate in establishing, communicating and measuring team performance goals against industry metrics
- Interfaces and collaborates with team members to discuss project needs and fulfillment strategies.
- Coach team members on using effective recruiting techniques (vanity emails, time management, responsiveness, etc)
- Continuously monitor, coach and assist team members
- Implement new processes and procedures to ensure team meets quarterly fulfillment goals
Qualifications:
- Minimum of three years of progressive recruiting experience, preferably within a professional services firm or similar environment
- Experienced in recruiting IT, financial, and/or medical professionals
- Experience leading and motivating a team is highly preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Experienced utilizing an ATS and VMS's
- Strong working relationships with MSP's
- Experience preparing and analyzing a variety of recruiting data and reports and sharing with team
- Somewhat flexible but, must work US Eastern Standard time zones
