Seeking a Conversational AI Team Lead with Kore.AI or other solution experience for a 100% Remote position to develop Healthcare Conversational AI Solutions.
Senior IT Developers are responsible for development, programming, coding of Information Technology solutions.
As Conversational AI Designer you will be responsible for creating the language used by Artificial Intelligence-powered digital personas. Digital Personas are chatbots that are expected to be highly conversational, interactive, and enjoyably engaging. You will mine stories from Client data sources, infuse them with empathy, understanding, humility, humor, and enthusiasm. You will work with subject matter experts across the Client organization to ensure that content is being communicated effectively, clearly. You will work with the Conversation Engineer and departments across the organization to improve the processes and technologies necessary to create state of the art interactions.

- Experience with unit testing, release procedures, coding design and documentation protocol as well as change management procedures

- May include languages such as; Hadoop, Storm, Spark, Kafka, Hive, NFI, Scoop, etc
- May include database knowledge in; SQL, MySQL, Oracle DB, PostgreSQL, Cassandra, dBase, MS Access, etc
- Proficiency using standard desktop applications such as MS Suite and flowcharting tools such as Visio
- Proficiency using debugging tools; Advanced Debugger, Allinea DDT, AQtime,, ARM, CA/EZTEST, etc
- High critical thinking skills to evaluate alternatives and present solutions that are consistent with business objectives and strategy
- Senior IT Developers are responsible for documenting detailed system specifications, participation in unit testing and maintenance of planned and unplanned internally developed applications, evaluation and performance testing of purchased products
- Senior IT Developers are responsible for including IT Controls to protect the confidentiality, integrity, as well as availability of the application and data processed or output by the application
- Senior IT Developers lead efforts, oversee work results, provide training and serve as a technical resource for other Developers
Required experience
- 5-8 years of work experience designing systems/applications architecture on progressively complex IT projects.
- 5+ years of experience architecting/designing enterprise level solutions for complex multi-component systems with lots of integrations
- Recent 2+ years of work experience in designing and developing customer facing Conversational AI solutions on Kore.ai or equivalent Conversational AI platform
- Experience building conversational AI bots on Kore.ai (preferable) or equivalent product.
- Experience building bot for web/native channel required. Experience building bot for IVR channel preferred.
- Very good understanding of NLU/NLP elements/engines including training/tuning of conversational AI bots.
- Very good understanding of Kore.ai (preferable) or equivalent Conversational AI product/platform
Required Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT related field or relevant work experience
