Seeking a Division Chief of Hematology / Oncology for a great opportunity at a hospital in the West Readying area.

In this role you will provide leadership, supervision and departmental growth development for the hospital Hematology/Oncology Services. You will provide direct and vision that will align organizational goals with the needs of the community and patients.

Requirements

• Doctorate in Medicine (M.D. or D.O.)
• Board Certified in Hematology and Oncology with demonstrated leadership experience.
• Pennsylvania Medical License.
  
• 2-5+ years of experience.
• Strong history of program development and successful leadership experience.
  
• Knowledge of market factors impacting Hematology/Oncology delivery of service.
• Experienced mentoring physicians.
