Description:

• Responsible for the development of analytical tools and reports that support the decision making process of the executive team. This individual will be a self-motivated person willing to accept new challenges and be passionate about data. The candidate will have familiarity with the Crystal Reports and/or Microsoft suite of BI development tools (SSIS, SSRS, SSAS) or any other BI tools.
• Crystal Reports and Tableau knowledge is plus

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Work closely with the Sr BI developers to maintain the existing solutions while looking for improvement opportunities for them
• Gather requirements for new BI solutions from multiple users; able to translate business requirements into actual solutions while maintaining a high level of accuracy and data integrity
• Collaborate with other team members to consolidate the data landscape to reduce the development time and increase consistency among BI solutions
• Automate manually generated financial metrics reports
• 2+ Years of experience using SQL Server tools: SSRS, SSIS, and SSAS
• 2+ Years of experience using Crystal reports and WEBI reports
• 2+ Years of strong experience troubleshooting stored procedures and other TSQL code
• Tableau Development experience a plus
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
