There's no greater privilege than working on a problem that you are most insatiably curious about and aligned to mission and values. I adore working collaboratively to assess the need and help the team devise a valuable solution. One of my favorite phrases in the Agile/SAFe journey is that we are servant leaders and deliver quality with integrity. In any of my prior roles, and as I have trained others, one of my tenant beliefs is to think about your mortgage customer or your health care member as if she were my Nana.
