As a scrum master I am responsible for guiding the team on how to use agile methods and coach on continuous improvement and self-organization. I worked with the product owner to maintain and priorities/order the product backlog according to business values and I am responsible for the delivery of these product artifacts.

Main responsibilities include project initiation, scope, planning, resourcing, budgeting, delivery, cost management, risk management and change management for 15 + projects.

  • I organize the team’s operations by facilitating daily standup, sprint planning and instilling Agile principles into daily activities to ensure smooth functioning of the delivery team.
