• Oracle 11G to Oracle 12C Database Upgrade - Worked with the DBAs, 20 application teams, and the business areas on the database upgrade, including the creation test plans, schedules, and Oracle vulnerability password changes for mixed case passwords. • Windows 2008 to Windows 2016 Upgrade - Worked with 20 application teams on the upgrade of approximately 200 servers, including the creation of test plans and schedules. Successfully deployed the Windows 2016 upgrade to production on schedule and without any issues.
• Infrastructure Requests - POC for all infrastructure requests, including hardware and software upgrades, data scrambling of PHI data. Worked with the business areas on PI Planning and used the Rally application for tracking purposes.

This Federal Mandate focused on defining and planning an approach for engaging, coordinating, and managing Horizon's third party service providers and vendors with respect to systems, timing, communications, external readiness, development tracking, and training. Project included:
• Assessment and Plan Development - Articulate Horizon's direction, level of interaction with providers and vendors in preparation to ICD-10. Assess the impact to providers and vendors and determine their transition efforts and timing, as well as identify partnership opportunities.
• Engagement - Implement the providers and vendors engagement plan to facilitate readiness, coordination, and risk identification, including joint testing and user acceptance testing. Communications - Coordinate an ICD-10 communication strategy, including the creation and tracking of a readiness survey to identify the readiness and timing of the remediation efforts of providers and vendors.
• Training - Created web based training modules for Horizon employees, as well as Providers.
• UCollaborate - Sponsored a 2 day collaborative effort with attendance by various Hospitals, Physician groups, vendors, and government agencies. A high level remediation roadmap and testing blueprints were created.
