Designed the target Active Directory infrastructure and deployed systems to support the collapse and migration of 24 source Active Directories. The scope of the project included the initial training of university personnel on how to use advanced Active Directory features to ensure that migrated users experience no degradation of their use of systems. The result for personnel eliminated the myriad of logons needed to access remote systems, ensuring that they had a single sign experience for most access needs. The college estimated a 20% reduction in service desk calls and a 25% reduction of license costs which continue to increase as licenses are not renewed.

Analyzed, upgraded to version 1702, and corrected the issues in an existing SCCM environment. The customer's primary issue was the inability to deploy Windows 10 images successfully. After analysis, it was determined that in addition to the incorrect building of Windows 10, the overall SCCM system wasn't at the proper update level. Once SCCM was updated, worked with the imaging team to successfully build and deploy four base versions of Windows 10. At the point, our active engagement ended, and we moved into supporting the customer as needed.

Analyzed and corrected the issues in an existing SCCM 2012 deployment. The system was not able to push applications to clients nor successfully deploy images. Resolved the push issues. Upgraded SCCM to the latest versions. Created Windows 10 images and trained the team on why their original Windows 10 images were failing. SCOM issues came up in a meeting and resolved those issues while remaining within the SCCM budget. The success in solving the initial tasks has led to follow on work with SCCM and perhaps SCOM in the future.

EMHS lacked a capable SCOM engineer during a time of organizational changes in their IT staff and infrastructure. Initially brought in to support monitoring tasks, the role grew to encompass SCCM and Orchestrator. Through thorough interrogatory sessions with various departments, was able to reduce greatly the amount of SCOM notifications going out to IT staff. Designed, created, and deployed the organization's virtual application capacity to reduce licensing costs of having applications deployed in an unnecessary wide deployment.

Anthelio was consolidating all its hospital's IT staff into a centrally managed entity. As such, nine separate ways of imaging clients and deploying applications were streamlined into one central system. Designed, built, and deployed a multi-site SCCM environment that provided an abundance of redundancy and was fully highly available from end to end. Migrated SCCM 2007 packages and collections from one hospital, however, much of the work were recreation and improvement upon the various systems in use across the hospitals. This effort was aligned with server and workstation migrations to ensure that the effect upon the end user was minimal. This large effort took place without a single disruption to critical healthcare services.
