Project included taking a team driven manual workload for technology request fulfillment, moving to a logic driven more efficient tool (From Maximo to ITSM Remedy). Once migrated, automating the services removing delays and inefficiencies, implementing direct and secure B2B transactions. This project also aligned product owners and process managers to help identify future environmental changes to anticipate workflow improvement within the environment. Project Rewind: This effort was implemented to take outsourced services with external vendors and move the services back into the corporate organization. The focus was voice, data, and request fulfillment services. This project also covered moving from one vendor to another to improve services and delivery for our internal clients.
