* Led a software implementation project to provide the capability for all company management personnel to review and approve the employee compensation process (TalentManager). Completed a large-scale initiative to identify, qualify, and select an out-of-area collocation vendor to relocate the corporate data center from Houston Texas to the selected site. The facility chosen was a SAS 70 Type II data center which accommodates the requirement for Multiprotocol Label Switching (MPLS) in support of the remote operations center (ROC). Multiple VMware implementations (vSphere, ESXi, vCenter) with significant Vendor interaction and management. The ROC is fed data from multiple wind farms across the US and the mass of information collected allows the remote operations team to keep a close eye on critical and variable factors, such as turbine availability, power generation capacity, market pricing and wind speed.
