• 10 years of Epic project management experience with strengths in implementation pre-planning of timelines, creation of project plans, and implementation goals/objectives for EpicCare Impatient, Ambulatory, and Ancillary applications.
• Experience managing teams of Analysts, Team Leads, Project Leads, Project Managers, Techs, and Trainers, from 3-75 along with the management of multiple department teams 3-5 at any given time.
• Proven experience meeting implementation and deliverables objectives including: Kick off meetings, scheduling/leading data intake meetings, meeting summaries, facilitating client sign-off for new implementations, identifying key implementation risks, and setting accurate expectations around timing with external and internal resources.
• Experience in coordinating with key project stakeholders and the PMO REQUIREMENTS.
• Experience in identifying risks and issues, while working with the relevant stakeholders toward the best and most efficient remedy.
• Experience managing project deployment and Go-Live schedule, for resources up to 450.
• Experience managing activation at concurrent go-live sites
• Experience planning, forecasting, scheduling, and managing project Command Center (Ticket Resolution) and command center resources up to 40.
• Skilled in managing contract compliance, risk analysis, project scope, implementation management, and support transition.
• Experience directing/managing the Pro EHR MUII project development and implementation from beginning to end.
• Experience conducting complete diagnostics of all Epic related application build issues for full cycle implementations.
• PMP (2018) and Lean Six Sigma Certified Manager with experience in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, using tools such as MS Project and SharePoint for Project organization and management.
• Experience in managing all Go-Live project logistics in conjunction with vendors.
• Experience providing support and coordination for the planning and execution of operational readiness activities such as site visits and shadowing, workflow validation, department operational meetings.
