PROFESSIONAL PROFILE

• Global Change Manager with over 20 years’ of ERP experience spanning Finance, HR and SCM, across various areas - with the focus being telecommunications and over 12 years dedicated to Change Management, Learning and Development, Transformation and People Readiness. A delivery focused change consultant with extensive line and programme management experience within both Information Technology and Human Resources, with a particular emphasis on SAP.
• My focus has primarily been on ERP driven change with extensive process and organisational re-engineering, global change management programmes, as well as complex system implementations, spanning multiple countries and regulatory requirements.

KEY ACHIEVEMENTS

• Successfully rolled out Saba Learning Management System to 23 countries and ensuring 80% of e-learning is captured within the system
• Successfully rolled out a Global Transformation Project to 7 markets across Finance, SCM and HR
• Rollout of Windows 7 and Office 2010 to over 5000 users
