Lead for Change Management & Transformation, from inception through execution, in support of transformative projects & initiatives. Strategy includes tactical plans for training, communications, coaching, sponsorship, & resistance management. Projects & initiatives include:
  • I.T. projects with high visibility, high risk, large scope, and/or significant user impact (e.g. Guidewire InsuranceSuite).

  • Assist in the design, development, and orchestration of key leadership discussions (e.g. off-sites, etc.) to promote alignment and ensure common objectives.
  • Conduct thorough assessment and analysis of the impacts from transformation initiatives, and develop targeted mitigation plans for team and key individuals.
  • Support project teams on an ad hoc basis to provide change management through partnership.
  • Serve as trusted partner for Executive Leadership Team and engage with key leaders to identify and address gaps in helping employees evolve within the context of transformation initiatives.
  • Continuously build the company's change management capability, including a proprietary methodology, toolkit, training curriculum, certification process, project-prioritization process, and execution framework with best practices and a community of practitioners.
  • Develop and monitor mechanisms to continually gather feedback from employees on their perceptions and likely adoption of change, adjusting tactical plans within the stratagem in tailored ways for targeted improvements.
  • Led project teams for transformation initiatives, including the definition of stakeholder & customer journeys from the current state to the future state, evaluation of journeys for disruption, formulation of tactical responses to mitigate that disruption, and delivery of stakeholder & customer experiences that preserved the brand while optimizing for adoption and satisfaction. Project Manager and process improvement practitioner for multiple projects to reduce defects, control risks, minimize wastes, and optimize performance of business processes. Trained other Lean and/or Six Sigma practitioners within the company, assigned process improvement projects, and coached practitioners through the planning and execution of those initiatives. Identified business processes which were ideal candidates for routinization and offshoring, developed all appropriate process documentation, performed technology- and skill-gap analyses, prepared and executed detailed project plans for process migration, prepared and executed training plan, and monitored and controlled for process performance.
