  • Overcame initial technical challenges and delivered on the civil work supervision of VGC, Lekki IPNX FTTH project in 2015 at N150Million ($416,666) now severing over 2000 houses. (N32millon ($88,888) for civil work for 250 houses phase 1)
  • Achieved 100% completion of the planning and project implantation of Lekki Phase1 in the IPNX FTTH project in 2015) impacting over 1200 houses. N250million ($694,444)
  • Resolved conflict situation involving community people who revolted against digging. I suggested we offer them the job of digging leading to a peaceful work environment during the entire duration of the project
  • Increased performance through the use of optical test and characterization for fiber optic device modules including visual inspection, geometry, insertion loss and return loss testing Supported inventory control in shipping, receiving and cycle counts. Promoted to in-house production/ inventory/order admin support to maintain production records and sales order release accuracy while continuing existing support roles. Surveys for new installations, installing Cisco Routers, Switches & Wireless Access Points, converting pots lines to VoIP.
