Canadian National Railways Scrum Master Team Size : ~32 members (8 onshore, 24 offshore) Project Canadian National Railways had several SAP modules that leveraged the corporate and busines purpose needs and also to facilitate the locomotive allocation process to enable employees view all the locomotives available. The clients also had the requirement to create several reports for Track Inspection System (TIS), CCID (Corporate customer Information Database). Also, disaster recovery plan (DR) in place to have updated personal contact information of all the employees in SAP ERP systems. Also deploy several dashboards and reports that defines the Key performance Indicators (KPI) that aid in data-pattern analysis. Around 6 projects were successfully executed handling an average of 3 projects simultaneously having medium to large teams and executed in Agile environment. Responsibilities
