  • Managed two of the top five high impact projects in Professional Services where NCR's latest software platforms associated with video tellers and self-service kiosks were fully integrated to Fiserv's XP2 and Spectrum Core systems. This new integration provided a robust platform integrating all internal applications within the FI including deposits, credit card system, installment loans, Mortgage, and payments/cash advances. This project was the largest Professional Services revenue project in NCR North American history.

Worked with the client's various business lines to write business requirements including writing the functional specifications. This project was the largest Professional Services revenue project in NCR North American history.
  • Managed NCR's "Project of the Year" on a global level. This included projects executed in over 262 countries. Provided oversight of all aspects of the project from concept to post-production support. The criteria upon which projects were judged included account relationship management, customer satisfaction, project budget management, project change control, project risk management/contingency planning, and project team collaboration.
  • Managed a proof of concept/pilot of a new LG Cash Dispenser unit to determine if NCR customers had a need for newer hardware with enhanced functionality. Partnered with LG and provided feedback regarding the functionality of the unit by enacting proper change control processes. Worked with LG until the unit was transitioned to final assembly line. Additionally, defined final pricing points and number of units needed for upcoming year to project profitability.
