A licensed Architect, General Contractor, Manager, Real Estate Developer, and Businessman, I have more than 25 years of senior management experience in full-cycle residential and commercial development. My responsibilities included multi-project/geographic responsibilities for the entire business and development activities from conceptual product planning, market/feasibility/financial analysis, and studies to legal/zoning, design, construction, marketing and sales, community management, and warranty programs. My projects were single and multi-family residential, planned communities, country clubs, resort/hotel, commercial, industrial, high-rise, midrise, government, site development, and golf courses.

I am proficient at project start-up, team and relationship building, staff management, and corporate management “up” and “down”. This includes operational financial management from conceptual budgeting through loan generation and administration to project closeout. I also have REIT and workout experience.
