  • Server Racks. Installation of servers and power up.
  • Chilled Water (required for mainframe).
  • Power from street: appropriate for required power up of hardware and need to ensure power provider could accommodate expected growth.
  • Set up UPS for emergency power.
  • Set up IBM Z series mainframes.
  • Set up storage devices and SAN.
  • Building wired with appropriate Cat 6.
  • Set up Network (MDF, IDF, AP's, switches and routers).
  • Security access to computer room. Ensured it was approved by Citizens Bank Infosec.
  • Once initial building was set up, then bulk data transfer of systems and population of M/F & Servers. Once data transfer complete engaged System Engineers/Windows Engineers regarding accessibility.
