Responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing the execution of new products on behalf of new clients, as well as, in coordination with new client business objectives. New & Current Client Product Implementations

• Provide project management and oversight for clients implementing products with a monthly mail volume of 900,000 or greater.
• Create projects and establish critical milestones in order to meet specified project "Go Live" date.
• Work with client facing teams to reserve and prioritize programming and development resources for assigned projects.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the client and manage all project related tasks and deliverables.
• Coordinate client review and approval of decision specifications and conduct audits as necessary.
• Coordinate all project-related communications with the client, internal team members, and other company staff members and departments.
• Coordinate all meetings or conference calls with the client and project team members to review project initiatives and communicate updates on the progress, opportunities, and financial implications of the project.
• Communicate project time lines to project team members and updates as necessary ensuring quality control throughout each stage of the process.
• Maintain documentation related to individual client projects by: compiling and distributing a project task list, maintain status reports for assigned projects and distribute to team members, develop written communication to inform team members of any changes in project roles and/or requirements, maintain client documents on such items as decisions, copy, creative work and testing and/or acceptance of client files. Internal Initiatives
• Provide oversight and coordination of assigned internal initiatives, to include ensuring deliverables are being met, resources are assigned, and upper management is informed of project progress. Business Analyst Duties
• Drop, release, and process client product files through proprietary processing engine.
• Create and submit Rally user stories or programming requests, as well as, user story defects to programming resources for review and scheduling.
• Complete end-to-end product testing for all client products prior to moving the product to production.
• Complete minor system set up for client products prior to user story or programming request submission.
• Create business requirements document for client review and approval.
