- 21 years of IT experience and 27 years of customer service experience
- Having an excellent understanding of Windows products including Server 2019, 2016, 2012 R2/2012, Active Directory, SCCM, Exchange Server and Windows 10
- Performing email migrations to Office 365 and Exchange
- Implementing cloud, NAS, and backup solutions
- Troubleshooting and quickly fixing Office 365 issues
- Learning and being able to train others quickly
- Working well with management, co-workers, end users, and customers
- Supporting day to day IT operations, serving as an escalation point, training other employees and meeting deadlines
- Performing software deployments, patch management, and single sign on services including implementing Okta, System Center Configuration Manager, systems imaging and VPNs
- Implementing and supporting VOIP phone systems, video conferencing, backups, auditing and cloud solutions
- Keeping businesses running at the highest IT standards, analyzing data and trends and implementing new IT solutions and guidelines
