Customized via Wise Script and PowerShell scripting, Windows Shell scripting and .mst Transforms for both user and computer targeted installation scenarios.
  • Championed, influenced and contributed to the design of a new workflow and process model for Application Management integration with ServiceNow. Created .NET Web Services to interface with ServiceNow.
  • Created dashboard reporting using SCCM Report Viewer and Visual Studio. Facilitated team meetings, maintained positive conversation by focusing on message content allowing the team to move forward in difficult circumstances.
  • Adopted roles that others would not (i.e. Evaluator role and Audit lead). Led audit efforts, oversaw all security changes to Application Management resources and worked with Global Information Protection & Assurance to ensure that the audit resulted in zero findings.
  • Oversaw and coached offshore and onshore packaging contractors and evaluated their performance. This effort resulted in increased performance and less reworks than the previous contractor groups that were not trained by me.
