I am a knowledgeable telecommunications manager with a unique blend of systems knowledge and management skills. I have managed a wide variety of projects all to successful completion; including New Year’s Eve 2000, NYC Republican Convention, and the World Trade Center Disaster Recovery for Verizon Communications. My experience includes a strong background in external and internal customer relations, working with union representatives and workers; processes that provided me with a strong knowledge of Human Resource issues. I am considered a strategic and tactical thinker with strong project management, communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
