  • Performed the normal duties defined by Agile Scrum (sprint planning, 15-minute standup, the demo, retrospective, artifact presentation: burndown, velocity, etc.), but additionally introduced Agile Scrum and coached personnel on Agile Scrum processes.
  • As the project manager, produced the PMI artifacts (project plan, work breakdown structure, EVM, etc.) as well as managed the project's budget.
  • Prioritized, planned & delivered seamlessly 6-8 major releases each year, containing multi-million-dollar portfolios (~20 Million).
  • Coordinated code deployments through 9 lower level environments, including sanity testing, ensuring all code is ready for production, with the assistance from the DevOps team.
  • Created detailed task plans (~500 tasks) using MS Project to execute during prod implementations.
  • Collaborated with application owners, developers & testers to ensure all components were baselined & ready for production.
  • Consolidated two payments platforms in the Digital Channels space, saving the cost of another RM ($100,000).
  • Established CRQ's (change request) using ITSM/Remedy per release to comply with company policy.
  • Developed a process to site switch from primary to contingency site which were executed during major releases, allowing more flexibility to the application owner, in the event of patching, would need to site switch to opposite site so no outage would be incurred.
