  • Spearheaded several market tests/trials per month, including A/B (control vs test) testing, for emerging and new product concepts & features (improvements in performance, and/or operational efficiency) meant to be supported on the lead-generation platform.
  • Reduced fulfillment periods from 6 weeks to 1 week, & error rates by 90%, by maximizing automation in sales, fulfillment, onboarding, and support processes, as a result of leveraging Salesforce CRM, as well as proprietary applications.
