Accumulated a decade of superior results, performance reviews, and ROI during tenure with various Microsoft groups won three separate "IT Pro" Awards (2008, 2009, 2010) for quality of contributions.
- Led the decommission of Seibel (CRM application) which included the development of a new data mart and new sales enablement application
- Responsible for NPI program adherence.
- Utilized Joint Application Development (JAD) processes to design/deliver a new CRM web application allowing Microsoft's partners to share $200M of sales opportunities. The project involved writing SAP API requirements, creating a wireframe model to define system requirements authoring all Agile product requirements (Epics, User Story) and establishing the full product roadmap and lifecycle.
- Empowered and accountable for delivering global product roadmap within budget ($93M).
- Created a new global Service Request (SR) and Incidents Predictability model able to predict with 95% confidence the type of SR/incident requests each subsequent release of the above CRM tool
- Evangelized the benefits of the new system, designing a live prototype that captured real-time customer feedback and allowed global users to envision better the functionalities generated by the original application-a step that proved critical to creating buy-in and future adoption.
- Rolled out new sales enablement applications to worldwide teams located in 193 countries, allowing for the creation of a genuinely standardized end-to-end sales process participated in product localization and globalization efforts needed to tailor the product to different geographical/cultural needs.
- Gained great strengths in all core product management functions, including product roadmap and charter development, product lifecycle management, product stakeholder management, usability, and user acceptance testing, and customer experience measurement/analysis.
