- The work included working directly with both partner and non-partner stores ensuring their catalogs are presentable to the public. I worked as a liaison to one of Shipt's largest retailers. My work helped lead them to sign a multi-year contract with Shipt.
- Project management was involved in order to efficiently launch new retailers and maintain their catalogs post-launch.
- Data analysis to improve all catalog functions including work that lead to one of Shipt's largest retailers improving their profitability on the platform by over 15%. I also helped discovered a flaw in the shopper monitoring which lead to a multi-department project leading to loss prevention across the company.
- There was a large amount of creative and critical thinking in attempts to resolve problems quickly and in a manner to ensure they did not continue to occur as well as being involved with new features for the catalog.
