Working as a programmer/analyst in RPG/400, RGP/ILE, RPG free and as an EDI coordinator and developer, my role consists in assisting a client in order to define and adapt its business needs to then develop the required product, install it and give the necessary education for its proper functioning and the integration of the new product. Throughout the lifecycle of a project, from initial product installation, to trouble shooting or during educational service I always have in mind to maximize the potential of the investment of the client. So, after each implementation of a product, I am responsible to the technical education and support of users at the sales level and for the distribution programs including all the ERP developments and EDI documents mapping integration such as ANSI X 12, EDIFACT, CSV Delimiter text Files and XML. My experience encourages me to go on outside country to share and develop my acquired knowledge of the AS400 iSeries IBM Server, UNIX (Linux) and EDI systems and help clients to optimize their company in order to meet business and project objectives.
