Lead recruiting team of 9 total TA partners in support of the largest division in the company ($750million~) (focused in research, data science and social sciences, engineering), also responsible for support of all G&A (Finance/legal/Innovation Advisors), as well as our Global Technology Solutions Team (GTS) Providing metrics and reports to the business leaders, to help frame coordinate business decisions and opportunity. Lead TA Operational Excellence, DE&I Task force committee, Strategic diversification initiatives, and part of the wider Equity Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging strategy team for the institute. (helping to train managers/staff around more inclusive behaviors, both internally and externally through hiring practices. As well as implementing new process to align with diversity goals/objectives). Collaborate strategic "sourcing" initiatives for proactive recruiting on current and upcoming needs. Subject matter expertise on proposal support to include, but not limited to staffing model development, pricing build ups, and source selection process. Monitor and track AAP, EEOC, OFFCP compliance related data across the TA suite. Strategize with leadership on new ways to brand, attract talent and increase visibility in/outside the institute. Helping to develop and enhance the TA function, to be more situated as a "business partner" and less a transactional function of the business. Led source selection for supplemental staffing / VMS (Vendor Management) for the entire institutes contract labor force. Develop and lead Strategic Social media campaigns. Talent Development/Capital planning/succession planning/workforce planning for the institute. Lead of TA Digitization efforts, researching and pricing tools for the betterment of the function. (ML/AI, bolt-on, as well as new ATS suite implementation GEMS-Taleo-iCIMS.) Hands on recruitment for Director level and above resources and "niche" requirements across the institute as needed. Track/Coordinate internal movement within SSES, to maintain "Learn, Develop, Grow" mentality, as well as helping to be financially responsible for projects/grants/etc. coverage, so that work is getting down on time and within budget.
