Summary

I am a very customer-oriented, people-friendly person. This contributes to my efficiency as a BMC administrator as it enables me to work with the customers and explain things so that all of the best information is received. With these specific skills, I am able to view things in multiple perspectives to find the best possible solution to meet the needs of the customer. If a solution is not initially found, I like to think outside of the box to meet requirements. All of these factors combined shows that I am one of the best resources for the BMC Footprints and Asset Core products.
