Hired and managed a diverse team of 14 fulltime and contract recruiters to support global full life cycle staffing requirements in eleven countries and eight U.S. states across a wide range of skill sets for Engineering, IT, Tech Support, HR, Analysts, Finance, Customer Support, Business Development and Sales. Implemented new recruiting processes and strategy to support full life cycle recruiting of candidates to include individuals with disabilities, military veterans and minorities. These new strategies resulted in an increase in fulfillment rates from a low of 60% to 90%. Established an internship program within the Aeronautics division for veteran wounded warriors to obtain a nationally recognized supply chain certification to facilitate subsequent fulltime employment with Lockheed Martin. Developed a new job fair candidate processing process thereby reducing selected career fair candidate resumes turnaround time (event to hiring manager) from 2-3 weeks down to 24-48 hours for identified "Critical Skills" candidates. Increased national participation in recruiting events from approximately 10 events a year to up to 80+ a year within 12 months resulting in an increase in the number of job fair candidates being evaluated from a low of 1,000 to over 15,000.
