Psychology is a complex field and plays a role in all aspects of life and business, therefore experience in this field can be acquired and utilized in almost any position. For instance in my first position at the front counter of McDonald's, I learned that a smile and descriptive words could convince a customer to supersize their meal. In my latest position, I learned that an effective way to connect with someone with a severe mental illness is to find ways to relate to them on a personal level.

Helping others and learning about the workings of the human mind will always be my main endeavors and I aim to utilize and strengthen these skills in everything I do. Currently I'm using these skills to discover talent in the IT world and connect them with challenging positions
