• Over 9+ years of Professional Experience in technologies like Pega PRPC, Java & J2EE.
• Engage with clients to understand business requirements. Analyze and transform complex business functionalities to simple and robust Pega process flows and rules which are easy to manage and change with business requirements.
• Utilize Pega 7 features such as using case designer to create cases, create Data pages, configure stages in flows and create data types for storing data within Pega.
• Good experience in creating class structures, activities, Process flows, decision rules, user interface design, reports and integration services.
• Develop applications which conform to Pega Guardrails and Pega best practices using PAL, PLA, SMA, DB trace etc to assess quality and performance of the application.
• Setup and configure AES to monitor & analyze performance and health indicators from multiple Pega BPM systems using which the Pega application can be monitored for performance and availability issues.
• Setup Pega Automated Unit tests.
• Handle end-to-end performance testing for Pega Projects. Provide recommendations to improve performance and scalability of the application and make sure application conforms to all non-functional requirements.
• Have expertise in using Java/J2EE technologies such as Struts 1.2, JSF and Hibernate with good object oriented programming skills.
