• Develop CVS2KML application. This is a simple .NET Windows form application that converts a CVS file into a .kml file. Kml files are extension of xml that can be interpreted by Google Earth. They are mainly used for locating purpose.
• Maintenenced AutoSendToPayer and AutoPayerResponse.
• AutoSentToPayer is a Delphi application intended to both generate plain files containing information about transfers and send those files to Latin- American banks (payers) for them to pay to receivers.
• AutoPayerResponse is also a Delphi application intended to process those files generated by payers as response to those files that were sent to them by AutoSendToPayer.

• Developed a multi-tiered enterprise-wide application for this telecom services provider.
• The application is a Windows Forms application that emulates Microsoft Snap-In Console.
• The application, using a variety of Snap-Ins, maintains many telecom-specific and business-related data elements across several servers.
• It has intensive use of C# and also includes use of Reporting Services as the mean to build reports.
• Maintained and developed new features of Tel 3Advantage web site (www. tel 3advantage.net) using C#, SQL2000, ASP.NET.
• This site is a facility based communications application that works following the two Level Agent program. When new agents sign up, they receive a unique agent promotion code and their own personal URL.
• This one is the web site that they send potential persons to in order to sing up under them as either customers or agents.
• Once customers or agents sing up at the agent's website, the tracking system knows to give credit to the agent for the sign up.
• And also, agents get credit every time a related customer recharges its calling card.
• This is an ASP.NET application which includes a web services project. It has extensive use of C# and SQL Server.

• Maintained and developed an automatic system of phone calls using C#, ASP.NET, SQL2000, OOP. When a call enters an object represented a campaign is instantiated using reflection.
• This object loads the data related to its associated campaign and shows them to an agent.
• The agent interacts with the customer filling the automatic generated web form and saves the results in the database, including customer's dispositions and some other particular campaign specific data.
• When the call is received the web browser opens with the agent's scripts.
• The calls are saved in the SQL Server database.
• Reporting services is used to execute automatic reports from the SQL Server database.
