Oversee all aspects of the administration (490 employees) i.e.; HR, Accounts Payable, Payroll, Administrative Assistants Pull (6), Cashiers, CIS (Customer Service), Supplies, Uniforms, HandHeld and Printers, Building Maintenance. Oversee the Performance Review for all administrative personnel. When necessary, support KAMs in computer software programs. Track weekly Period Objectives by Territory and Route. Keep track of consulting agreements. Coordinate all activities including on and off-site meetings, Coordinator for United Way. Work along with Market Unit HR Department on various responsibilities including personnel and Newsletter. Coordinator for the 2007 Super Bowl (applications, permits, product delivery coordination, restaurant activation kits, Executives accommodations and activities, POP material, budget and APS process, coordination of staff). Creation of master guidelines/booklets for APS, Payroll, Settlement, Safety and Administrative processes along with Market Unit Compliance and Control Analyst.
