To my future employer I'm a systems Administrator that was the primary contact for Severity 1 production impacting situations. I have a wealth of knowledge working with Windows Servers and the hardware that they run on. Have also supported Virtual servers too. Performed backup and restore functions using Veritas products. Have Network understanding of TCP/IP, WINS, & DNS . Closely worked with other teams to triage a Production Impacting issue and also engaged the business units for server downtime due to maintenance or failure.
