Summary

To my future employer I'm a systems Administrator that was the primary contact for Severity 1 production impacting situations. I have a wealth of knowledge working with Windows Servers and the hardware that they run on. Have also supported Virtual servers too. Performed backup and restore functions using Veritas products. Experience with LTM load balancers. Supported cluster resources and Security / Permissions on shared folders. Supported IIS for web facing applications. Have SAN troubleshooting experience. Followed and created new standard operating procedures for my organizations. Also worked with building, deploying and QA on servers whether for a project or a natural disaster. Monitored Servers for resource issues and future expansion. Worked with vendors to replace failed components, off site data storage, and relocation projects. Opened new branch facilities. Supported remote up to datacenter locations. Worked with data replication technology. Active Directory experience in removing /adding Items, group memberships, and unlocking accounts. Have Network understanding of TCP/IP, WINS, & DNS . Closely worked with other teams to triage a Production Impacting issue and also engaged the business units for server downtime due to maintenance or failure. I communicate well and I'm a trainer / mentor. Technical expertise aside, I providing the best customer service possible to make sure my customers are happy knowing I'll always be there to assist.
