Seeking a BI and Reporting Analyst (MicroStrategy) - AVP. You will be supporting the business intelligence (BI) and reporting area within GRE data and information management (D&IM). The D&IM organization has a trusted and successful data strategy, platformed on a mature data warehouse as the primary data source (also designed and maintained by the PPT team). The chief BI/reporting consumer and toolset are MicroStrategy.

Key Responsibilities:
- Technical support for end-user report developers, including communication of best practices
- Design and development of BI solutions, including rapid prototyping of proof of concepts (PoC’s).
- Technical architecture, including collaboration with data architects to ensure solutions are scalable, sustainable, and meet performance expectations
- Collaboration with business sponsors and product owners to document requirements and drive user adoption
- Maintain the MicroStrategy reporting platform to optimize performance and ensure upgrades and patches are installed in a timely fashion
- Tech liaison with MicroStrategy for technical support cases, technology roadmap planning, and compliance of the technology stack
Skills and Experience:
- Relevant work experience in BI and report writing experience
- Proficiency in MicroStrategy reporting infrastructure and MicroStrategy front end development
- Database architecture and design
- BI concepts and design (dashboards, balanced scorecards, etc.)
- PropTech experience a plus (i.e. integrated workplace management systems (IWMS), computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS), Internet of things (IoT), smart buildings)
