Seeking a Senior Avaya Specialist.
Required Skills:
- Minimum of five years of recent experience required with design, implementation, and support of Avaya Aura core systems including Communication Manager (CM), System Manager (SMGR), Session Manager (SM), Call Management System (CMS), and Messaging (AAM).
- Experience preferred with PuTTY, DOS command line, packet sniffers, TraceSM, and Linux command line.
- Experience preferred with Linux command line interface, TraceSM, Wireshark, and other resources used to troubleshoot communication issues.
- Experience with other communication solutions highly preferred including Avaya Workforce Optimization (WFO), Interactive Voice Response (IVR), Application Enablement Services (AES), Vocera, remote workers, virtualization, SIP and SIP trunking, Session Border Controllers (SBC), unified messaging, attendant consoles, and soft-clients.
- Experience organizing and managing detailed information and working with and leading teams in project deployment and troubleshooting efforts preferred.
- Clinical or healthcare experience preferred.
